BZScan |
BZScan is a free java tool
for automatic quantification of DNA microarrays with
radioactive labeling.
BZScan provides saturation, overshining, and background noise
correction, it also gives quality control measures. It can
work either in a fully automatic "batch mode" or at different
levels of manual operation. Version 2 have been completly rebuilt (French only, English coming soon)

Requirements |
To run BZScan , you
need at least 256Mb of RAM and a 2GHz processor.
You need to have at least Java 1.4.1 for BZScan Version 1 and Java 1.5.0 for BZScan Version 2.
If you haven't any Java you can download it here(See the link Download Java SE(J2SE) ).
BZScan has been sucessfully tested on Linux 2.4, Windows 2000/XP and MacOs X.

Usual Download |
If you prefer a more traditional local installation, you can download the necessary files:
Use on of the command lines
java -Xmx200m -jar BZScan.jar (for version 1)
java -Xmx200m -jar BZScan2S.jar (for version 2)
This allocates 200MB for running BZScan . Give a higher number if your computer has more memory
resources.
