Trixy

Trixy is a free C++ program for clustering of various types of data, mostly designed for gene expression data. Trixy constructs a graph and computes the local density around each node (called curvature). It then extracts clusters of high density. The same algorithms have been implemented in R by Eleftherios Pilalis, see here.
