FunctionnalGenomics

Mission

The TAGC functional genomics staff conducts original cognitive research involving in physiological and pathological situations, based on transcriptional and post-translational analyses, as well as a Chip-on-chip approach. The tools developed are then transferred to the transcriptomics platform.

Projects

The recent improvements of sequencing technologies, and in particular the publication of the initial version of the human genome sequence together with the large-scale sequencing of transcribed sequences, have opened the field of large-scale functional approaches of biological systems: functional genomics.

  • Transcriptional analysis of thymic development

  • Analysis of the transcriptional regulation of T lymphocyte activation

  • Analysis of post-translational modifications

  • Analysis of the transcription regulatory network in breast cancers

  • Sepsis project

  • Valorisation

    Main lab patents :

  • PCT/IB01/02811. INSERM 01209
  • PCT/FR04/03084 : valorised by Ipsogen
