RSA-tools - Credits
Most genomes (especially those of prokaryotes) are parsed from the NCBI genome repository.
Some additional genomes (especially those of metazoan) are imported from the ENSEMBL database.
Except for the parts described hereafter, these tools have been entirely written by Jacques van Helden. The programs included in this package can be used freely by academic users via the web interface. For commercial users, please read our disclaimer.
convert-matrix uses the program seqlogo to return sequence logos. This program is from the WebLogo package developed by Gavin E. Crooks, Gary Hon, John-Marc Chandonia and Steven E. Brenner.
